Every Eartmotion item is manufactured by our workshop, it is shipped directly to customers in Indonesia and all over the world. Every item can be highly personalized by selecting genuine-leather, gemstones, titanium, stainless-steel.

 

Do you have any stores I can visit?

Not yet. Eartmotion is an online retailer, that actually produces our own products. Due to this exlusive model, we have not yet to open a store, and we are able to offer exceptionally affordable prices for personalized jewelry.

 

Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we have warranty for gemstone bracelet rubber.

Your products are delivered via JNE or SiCepat and you are provided a tracking code once the order is shipped.

 

How will I receive my products safely?

Your products are shipped in Eartmotion's special jewelry box and in additional protective packaging to make sure they are delivered all right.

 

How long does it typically take to receive an order?

It will takes 1-2 day for Express shipping or 2-3 days for Reguler Shipping.
